Cardio Deck: Get Moving, Stay Moving

Start strong and stay energized on our fully equipped cardio deck. Whether you're warming up, cooling down, or locking in a full sweat session, we've got you covered with treadmills, ellipticals, and a variety of bikes—including recumbent, upright, and air dyne. This space also encourages motivation, consistency, and fun while tracking your personal progress daily.

This space is designed for members of all fitness levels to improve endurance, burn fat, and build consistency. Easy to use and always available, it’s your go-to zone for heart health and calorie-burning movement. No matter your goals, this area makes cardio enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding every single time.

Turf Training Area

Turf Zone: Built for Strength & Sweat

Our turf area is where functional fitness meets real results. You'll find the jungle gym outfitted with TRX straps, battle ropes, medicine balls, and slam balls for dynamic full-body training. It's also home to key strength staples like the squat rack, Smith machine, and a full set of dumbbells. This space encourages teamwork, intensity, and versatility during every group or individual workout session.

This versatile zone is the heart of our group strength sessions, built for lifting, moving, and training hard. Whether you're working out solo or in a coached group, this space brings the energy. All of our Group Strength sessions take place on the turf. Every session challenges your strength, endurance, and functional fitness with purpose and consistency.

Machine Zone: Target Every Muscle

In the back of the gym, you'll find our dedicated machine zone featuring high-end, selectorized equipment. Each piece is designed for controlled, targeted movements so you can focus on perfect form and proper muscle engagement. Every machine ensures safety, precision, and effective muscle development for all fitness levels.

From leg press to hamstring curl to overhead press, this area helps you isolate and strengthen every major muscle group. Great for beginners or anyone looking to dial in their training, these machines make progress straightforward and safe. All equipment is commercial grade for a smooth and effective workout every time. Perfect for consistent strength building, injury prevention, and measurable long-term results.

Boxing Studio: Hit Harder, Move Faster

Step into the boxing area and feel the intensity. Outfitted with heavy bags and water bags, this space is designed for high-impact, high-energy training. Whether you're here for stress relief, conditioning, or skill-building, our group boxing sessions bring the heat. The atmosphere keeps you motivated, focused, and pushing your limits every session.

You’ll also find functional tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls to keep your workouts dynamic and full-body. It’s more than boxing—it’s where cardio, strength, and endurance come together. All of our Group Boxing sessions take place back here! Every punch, movement, and drill improves coordination, stamina, and overall athletic performance effectively.
