Step 1 – Jumpstart Your Journey – Kick things off with our 3-week New Member Jumpstart. You’ll ease into training with a personalized plan, get familiar with our space, and start building real momentum — without the overwhelm.
Step 2 – Train with Purpose – Join our small group strength and boxing sessions (max 6 people) led by experienced coaches who focus on form, progress, and results. Every session is designed to push you — safely and effectively.
Step 3 – Stay Consistent, See Results – This is where the magic happens. With ongoing support, expert guidance, and a community that’s got your back, you’ll keep showing up, stay accountable, and see the results you came for.
We’re pumped to train with you — but before your first session, here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your visit.
Plan to Arrive Early – Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. That gives us time to welcome you properly, walk you through the gym, and answer any questions before we get started.
Your First Visit Walk-Through – Once you’re here, we’ll guide you through a quick tour of the space, explain how we use each area of the gym, and cover any equipment you’ll be working with. Then, we’ll have a short conversation to make sure we’re crystal clear on your goals — whether it’s strength, boxing, or general fitness.
Experience the Final Round Difference – After the tour, you’ll go through a 15–20 minute sample workout so you can get a feel for our coaching style, the energy of the gym, and the level of personal attention you’ll receive. This isn’t just a workout — it’s a preview of what you can expect as a member.
Stay Connected – You’ll receive texts from our gym line — and yes, that’s a real person behind them. Feel free to save the number and text us anytime with questions or updates.
